QUESTION: What age group of children do you accept?

ANSWER: YBELCC is a daycare program that accepts children ages 12 months old to less than 6 years old.

QUESTION: What are your hours of operation?

ANSWER: We are open from Monday to Friday at 6:30 am to 6:00pm.

QUESTION: Do you provide meal for the children?

ANSWER: Yes. Our Nutrition Program is optional for families. We offer Hot Lunch Program for only $60/month. Contact us now for more information.

QUESTION: How much is the monthly fee?

ANSWER:  Starting April 1, 2025, parents with children up to kindergarten age attending full-time licensed daycare facilities across the province will be eligible for a flat parent fee of $326.25 per month. Parents requiring part-time care will pay $230 per month.

QUESTION: Do I still need to apply for subsidy after registering my child to your program?

ANSWER: No. Subsidy ended on March 31, 2025 and it will no longer be available for children enrolled in daycare program.

QUESTION: What are your full-time and part time hour requirement?

ANSWER: Full-time is based on a child’s registration to attend 100 hours or more per month, while Part-time is based on a child’s registration to attend between 50 and 99 hours per month.

QUESTION: How much is the registration fee?

ANSWER: A non-refundable registration fee of $75 is required at the time of registration.

QUESTION: Is there a deposit fee?

ANSWER: YBELCC requires $400.00 deposit for full time enrollees and $200 deposit for part time enrollees which must be paid  before the start date of care. Deposit is refundable at the end of service or termination of the service. Thirty (30) days notice for withdrawal should be given in writing addressed to the Program Director.
